HOW IT WORKS ?

We make this simple and easy for parents.
1. Email and fill in our booking form. 
2. Choosing your theme, this will be the hard part or let us know a few things your child loves and we will create magic. 
3. Put in a $30 deposit and you're booked.
4. On Tuesday before your date, we send out invoices with times and details. 
5. You clear the area for the party and make sure there's a parking space.
6. We set up the party for you or with a DIY you pick up or get this delivered.
7. On Sunday we pack your party down or with a DIY you drop this back to us.

 

FAQS

WE BEAT PRICES BY 5%

We beat prices by Auckland based sleepover businesses only, If you find a better price bring me the full invoice, with the companies name and number which includes GST, petrol and services, as websites have underlying costs this allows you to have more options with us when it comes to thems  and ill beat that price by 5% but the catch is we will match their package of what they provide and the service they provide meaning there will be less in your package than what we offer, no free extras but still up to our standard of Instagram photo quality presentation. We are also happy to talk about minimal budget-friendly packages meaning removing a lot of our products but getting to where you want to be.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Your booking will be confirmed via phone, social media and email. Once the agreed terms and conditions are accepted, Full payment must be made 3 days prior to the party. Payments can be made via internet banking.

We offer Laybuy with Laybuy.com which splits your payment into 6 weekly automatic payments for you let me know if you want to use this option and we will send you through the link

DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE ?

We are based in Auckland, Delivery prices are applied to every area. 


We service from Warkworth - Gulf Harbour - Waiuku right across Auckland we travel each weekend. 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED ?

Each teepee requires 80 centimetres in width and 185 centimetres in length.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PARTIES AND SETUPS ?

Contact us to discuss plans or requirements tailored to suite your kids party.

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD ?

The hire period is typically overnight or setup Friday and pick up Sunday. 

Weekday sleepovers are available setup and pick up can be discussed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING BREAKS ?

We understand with kids parties sometimes these things happen and we do not want you to have a bad experience over something so small, in this case we usually do not invoice you unless the damage is significant.

WHO CLEANS EVERYTHING ?

We clean everything during the week including the free popcorn machine and other extras with your package.

WHAT IF A BED DEFLATES ?

We have a care package where we give you a electric pump and spare bed, this is not a common occurrence at all but we take precautions so your experience is good. Beds can deflate or pop if kids are jumping on them this happens at slumber parties so we have you sorted.
